Not a slideshow: your photo performs

Many photo to music video tools turn a set of pictures into a slideshow over a song. This one works the other way round: one photo becomes a performer. The person in it raps to the camera with their lips following the words, under stage lights, while the camera moves around them. Add a second photo and the two of you perform together.

The song is made for your video

You don't need a track. Write a few words about what the song should be about, like a name, an occasion or an inside joke, and the lyrics, the AI vocals and the beat are made for that one video, in English or German. The topic is optional and can be up to 240 characters. You can't upload your own song: every video gets a new rap of its own.

How to turn a photo into a music video

Pick one of 8 scenes, add one photo for a solo or two for a duet, and write your topic. Choose 10 or 15 seconds, portrait 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts or landscape 16:9, and 480p, 720p or 1080p. The button shows the credit cost before you start, the video is ready in a few minutes, and a video that fails gives the credits back.

Pick the scene for your music video

  • Main stage: an arena music video, with spotlights, lasers and a crowd holding up phone lights.
  • Booth session: a studio take in a recording booth, headphones on, for lyrics you want taken seriously.
  • Hotel Lobby: the orange backdrop and hanging microphone from the viral trend.
  • Parents go platinum: mom and dad as superstars, with gold chains and platinum records on the wall.
  • Rooftop cypher: two friends trading verses on a city rooftop at night.
  • Rap battle: two rivals face to face, both rapping at once, while the crowd reacts.

Photos that work

Use one adult per photo, with the face clear, well lit and turned toward the camera: a sharp phone photo is plenty. Use photos of yourself or of adults who agreed to be in the video, never of minors, celebrities or public figures. Your browser checks, crops and resizes each photo, and we do not save photos to our storage or database.
