Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use AI Rap Video, the AI rap video generator.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Rap Video, an online AI rap video generator (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AI Rap Video uses an AI video model from our AI video provider to make a 10 or 15 second rap video from one or two photos. You choose a scene, portrait or landscape format, video quality, rap language and an optional topic. The video includes AI vocals and a beat. AI output can be unpredictable, inaccurate or unexpected.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Credits, payments and subscriptions

  • Payments. Prices are shown in US dollars, and the price shown is the amount charged at checkout. AI Rap Video sells the credits and subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal.
  • Credits. Each generation costs the number of credits shown before you start it, deducted when the generation starts. If a generation fails, the credits are returned automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
  • Credit packs. Credits from one-time credit packs never expire.
  • Subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until canceled. Subscription credits are added every month, including on yearly plans, and each month's credits are valid for 30 days from when they are added. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Upgrading ends the current plan immediately, removes its unused credits, and refunds the share of its last payment that matches those unused credits to the original payment method. A switch to a smaller plan takes effect when the current billing period ends; until then you keep the current plan and its credits, and the current period is not refunded.
  • Price changes. We may change prices for future purchases. Changes to subscription prices take effect at your next renewal, and we will notify you in advance.

  • Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
  • If you have not used any credits from a subscription payment, you can request a refund of that payment within 14 days of the charge.
  • Credits that have already been used are not refundable.

To request a refund, email support@rapvideoai.xyz with your order number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through the provider you paid with, Stripe or PayPal. Credits from a refunded payment are removed from your balance.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not use the Service to create, request or attempt to create:

  • sexual, pornographic or sexually suggestive content (NSFW), or any sexual content involving minors;
  • photos of anyone other than yourself or an adult who agreed, and any photos of minors, public figures or celebrities;
  • face swaps or impersonation intended to deceive people;
  • content that is violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory or that promotes self-harm;
  • content that facilitates illegal activity, fraud, impersonation or misinformation;
  • content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

You must also not try to bypass our content moderation, abuse the Service, or access it through automated means except as we permit.

You may upload only your own photos or photos of adults who agreed to this use. Everyone shown must be at least 18. Celebrities and public figures are not allowed, even if you believe you have permission. By selecting the consent checkbox, you confirm: "These are my photos, or the people in them agreed. Everyone is an adult, and no celebrities or public figures."

Your browser checks, crops and resizes each photo. Our server passes them in memory straight to our AI video provider, the processor that receives them for photo review and rendering. We do not save the photos to our storage or database. Our AI video provider reviews each photo separately before rendering. If it refuses a photo, no credits are used and the page tells you why.

After a video is ready or has failed, we ask our AI video provider to delete its photo assets. A daily job retries failed deletions. Files uploaded to our AI video provider expire on its side within 72 hours. We do not use photos or topics to train models. This statement covers our practices only, not our AI video provider's separate practices.

7. Content moderation

The optional rap topic is checked by automated moderation for nudity, violence, weapons, drugs, minors and links. A rejected topic is not submitted. Our AI video provider also reviews every photo before rendering. A refused photo costs no credits. We may review, remove or block content, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Where required by law, we may report illegal content to the appropriate authorities.

8. Your content and what you create

You keep any rights you have in the topic you submit. Subject to these Terms and the terms of the underlying model providers, you may use the rap videos you create for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use them and for making sure they do not infringe anyone else's rights. Because AI models can produce similar output for different users, we do not guarantee that your rap videos are unique or protected by copyright. You grant us a limited license to process your photos and to store and process your topic, chosen options and video link as needed to operate the Service. Finished videos are hosted by the provider, and their links can expire. Download anything you want to keep.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including the AI Rap Video name, logo, website and software, belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them except the right to use the Service as described here.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal for payments and our AI video provider for photo review and video generation. Their services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. If we terminate your account for a violation, unused credits are forfeited and are not refunded.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated rap videos will meet your expectations.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Rap Video will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
