What you can and cannot create with AI Rap Video.

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed on AI Rap Video. It is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every topic and photo you submit and everything you create, download or share.

Prohibited content

You must not use AI Rap Video to create, request or attempt to create:

  1. Sexual content. Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content (NSFW), including fetish content and sexualized depictions of anyone.
  2. Content involving minors. Any photo or content depicting a minor or anyone who appears to be under 18. Sexual exploitation of minors will be reported to the authorities.
  3. Real people without consent. Photos or content depicting anyone other than yourself or an adult who agreed. Celebrities, public figures and politicians are not allowed, even with claimed permission. Sexual, degrading, defamatory or misleading depictions of real people are not allowed.
  4. Deceptive impersonation and face manipulation. Face swaps, or content intended to impersonate a person and deceive others into believing it is genuine.
  5. Violence and gore. Violent or gory content, torture, or content that glorifies or promotes violence or terrorism.
  6. Hate and harassment. Content that attacks, threatens, bullies or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics.
  7. Self-harm. Content that promotes or encourages suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
  8. Illegal activity. Content that facilitates crime, including weapons, drugs, fraud, counterfeit documents or other illegal goods and services.
  9. Deception and misinformation. Fake documents, forged IDs, fake news, election misinformation, or content designed to impersonate people or organizations.
  10. Infringement. Content that violates someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.

Photos of real people

Each photo may show one adult only. You may upload your own photo or a photo of an adult who agreed to this use. Before submitting, you must confirm: "These are my photos, or the people in them agreed. Everyone is an adult, and no celebrities or public figures."

Your browser checks, crops and resizes the photos. Our server passes them in memory straight to our AI video provider, the processor that receives them for photo review and rendering. We do not save the photos to our storage or database. Our AI video provider reviews each photo before rendering. If a photo is refused, no credits are used and the page gives the reason.

After the video is ready or has failed, we ask our AI video provider to delete the photo assets. A daily cleanup job retries failed deletions. Files uploaded to our AI video provider expire on its side within 72 hours. We do not use photos or topics to train models. This last statement covers our practices only, not our AI video provider's separate practices.

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • try to bypass, test or trick our content moderation, for example by rewording prohibited prompts;
  • use automated tools, scripts or bots to access the Service unless we have allowed it;
  • resell, sublicense or share access to your account;
  • use generated rap videos to deceive people about their origin, for example presenting them as genuine footage of real events;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

How we enforce this policy

  • Topic screening. The optional rap topic is checked for nudity, violence, weapons, drugs, minors and links. A rejected topic is not submitted.
  • Photo review. Our AI video provider reviews each photo before rendering. If a photo is refused, the video is not made, no credits are used and the page explains the reason.
  • Review and removal. We may review, remove or block content that violates this policy.
  • Account action. Depending on the seriousness of the violation, we may warn you, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is terminated for a violation.
  • Reporting. Where required by law, we report illegal content, including any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors, to the relevant authorities.

Reporting abuse

If you see content created with AI Rap Video that violates this policy, please email support@rapvideoai.xyz with a description and, if possible, a link or screenshot. We review all reports.
