This Privacy Policy explains how AI Rap Video ("AI Rap Video", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use our online AI rap video generator (the "Service"). If you have questions, contact us at support@rapvideoai.xyz.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and an encrypted (hashed) password when you create an account, or basic profile information if you sign in with a third-party login provider.
- Video choices and generated content: the scene and options you choose, your optional rap topic and language, the generation status, and the provider-hosted video link. We keep these in your generation history.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Card and PayPal account details are entered on Stripe's or PayPal's checkout pages and go directly to them. We receive order details: your email address, the product purchased, the amount, currency and payment status, and the provider's payment, customer and subscription references. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Credits and billing records: your credit balance, credit transactions, orders and subscription status.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information and log data that our hosting provider collects when you use the Service.
- Cookies: we use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme preferences.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and provide the Service.
- To make your rap video from the scene, photos and options you choose, and to keep the video details listed above in your generation history.
- To process payments, grant credits and manage subscriptions.
- Your optional rap topic is checked for nudity, violence, weapons, drugs, minors and links before it is submitted. We also use information to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To answer support requests and send important service messages.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Photos of real people
Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who agreed to be in the video. Everyone shown must be at least 18. Do not upload celebrities or public figures. Before you submit, you must confirm: "These are my photos, or the people in them agreed. Everyone is an adult, and no celebrities or public figures."
Your browser checks, crops and resizes the photos. Our server then passes the photo data in memory straight to our AI video provider, which processes it for photo review and video rendering. We do not write the photos to AI Rap Video's storage or database.
Our AI video provider reviews each photo before rendering. If a photo is refused, no credits are used and the page explains the reason. After the video is ready or has failed, we ask our AI video provider to delete the photo assets. If deletion fails, a daily cleanup job tries again. Files uploaded to our AI video provider also expire on its side within 72 hours.
We do not use your photos or topics to train models. This statement describes our own use of that information and does not make a claim about our AI video provider's separate practices.

These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of AI Rap Video, our users or others.
Data retention
We keep your account information and generation history for as long as your account is active. The history contains the scene, chosen options, optional topic and language, status and video link, but not the uploaded photos. Payment and billing records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Finished videos are hosted by the provider and their links can expire, so please download anything you want to keep. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@rapvideoai.xyz from the address associated with your account.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We rely on our providers' safeguards for these transfers.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date.
