Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with AI Rap Video. This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Credit packs

• You can request a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not used any credits from that pack.
• Credits that have already been used are not refundable.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Billing. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access and your remaining credits until then, and you will not be charged again.
• Upgrading ends your current plan immediately. Its unused credits are removed, and the share of its last payment that matches those unused credits is refunded to your original payment method. A switch to a smaller plan takes effect when your current billing period ends; until then you keep your current plan and its credits, and the current period is not refunded.
• If you have not used any credits from a subscription payment, you can request a refund of that payment within 14 days of the charge.
• Apart from plan upgrades, we do not offer partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

How to request a refund

Email support@rapvideoai.xyz from the address associated with your account and include your order number. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through the provider you paid with, Stripe or PayPal; it can take 5–10 business days for the money to appear in your account. Credits from a refunded payment are removed from your balance.
