AI Rap VideoNov 3, 2026
The short answer: on AI Rap Video you pick a scene, add one photo (two for a duet), say what the rap should be about, choose the length, shape and quality, and press Make my video. A few minutes later you get a 10 or 15 second video of the people in your photos rapping, with AI vocals and a beat, ready to download. A 10-second video at 480p costs 40 credits, and if a video fails, the credits come back.
This guide walks through each step, with the photo rules, what each setting costs and what to do when something goes wrong. Here is the kind of video you end up with, made on this site from two ordinary photos:
Hotel Lobby
Made from two photos · 10 s · 480p
What you need
- A photo of each person. One adult per photo, face clear and toward the camera. Use photos of yourself or of adults who agreed to be in the video. Photos of minors, celebrities and public figures are not accepted.
- A JPG, PNG or WebP file of up to 8 MB, at least 300 pixels on its shorter side. A sharp, well-lit phone photo is plenty.
- An account with credits. The pricing page lists the credit packs and plans, and what each one makes.
Step 1: Pick a scene
A scene is the place, the lighting and the way the camera moves. There are 8 of them: Booth session, Main stage, Rap battle, Rooftop cypher, Hotel Lobby, Car freestyle, House party and Parents go platinum. Three have a page of their own with a sample: Hotel Lobby, Parents go platinum and Booth session. For what every scene looks like and which occasion it suits, see 8 scenes and when to use each.
If you are not sure, start with Booth session for a solo or Rooftop cypher for two people.
Step 2: Add your photos
With one photo, that person raps the whole video. Add a second photo in the Friend slot and the two of you perform a duet, taking turns in most scenes. Rap battle is the one scene that always takes two photos: the second slot is called Opponent, and both of you rap at the same time.
Your browser checks, crops and resizes each photo before it is sent, and we do not save your photos to our storage or database. If a photo is very wide or very tall, crop it to a regular portrait or landscape shape first.
Step 3: Say what the rap is about
The topic is optional and can be up to 240 characters. A name, an occasion and one detail work best, for example "Sam's 30th birthday, he never stops talking about pizza". If you are stuck, the idea buttons fill in a birthday shout-out, a friendly roast, a team win, an anniversary or a best-friends verse that you can edit.
Topics are checked before anything is made: nudity, violence, weapons, drugs, minors and links are refused, and a refused topic costs nothing. Then choose the rap language: English or German.
Step 4: Choose length, shape and quality
- Length: 10 or 15 seconds.
- Shape: portrait 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, or landscape 16:9.
- Quality: 480p, 720p or 1080p.
What a video costs in credits, in every scene:
| Quality | 10 seconds | 15 seconds |
|---|---|---|
| 480p | 40 | 60 |
| 720p | 90 | 130 |
| 1080p | 160 | 240 |
A good habit is to try a new photo and topic at 480p and 10 seconds, then make the one you want to share at a higher quality.
Step 5: Make the video
Tick the box that confirms the photos are yours or that the people in them agreed, then press the button. It shows the cost before you start, for example Make my video · 40 credits. The page then shows "Checking your photos" while each photo is reviewed and "Making your video" while it renders.
It takes a few minutes. You can leave the page: the finished video also shows up under AI Tasks in your account. If a photo is refused or the video fails, the credits go back to your balance and the page tells you what happened.
Step 6: Download and share
When the video is ready, press Download. Save the file rather than sharing the link, because the video link can expire. A portrait video goes straight onto TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
What it costs
You pay with credits. Credit packs start at $6.99 for 40 credits, enough for one 10-second video at 480p, and go up to $99.99 for 640 credits, enough for 16. Pack credits never expire. Plans start at $14.99 a month for 90 credits each month, and plan credits last 30 days. Among the packs, and among the plans, the bigger one costs less per credit. These are list prices; the pricing page shows any offer running now.
When something goes wrong
- "This photo is too wide or too tall": crop it to a regular portrait or landscape shape and add it again.
- "This photo is too small": use a photo at least 300 pixels on its shorter side. The original from your phone's camera roll is better than a screenshot.
- A photo was refused: no credits were used. Use a clear photo of one adult facing the camera, and no celebrities or public figures.
- The topic was refused: rephrase it without the refused subject or any link.
- The result is not what you hoped: results depend on the photo. A sharp, front-facing photo in good light gives the best lip sync and likeness, so try another photo at 480p before going up in quality.
